Training Unit
The Association established the Training Unit to achieve a set of objectives centered on enhancing the quality of educational services provided to students at all academic levels. This is accomplished through the provision of knowledge, training, and awareness-raising for various segments of society by offering training programs for teachers, psychological and educational specialists, social workers, and parents. These programs aim to equip participants with the skills needed to identify Specific Learning Difficulties and to effectively support students who experience them. In addition, the Center’s Training Unit hosts many local and international experts in the field of education particularly in Specific Learning Difficulties to share expertise and experiences and to stay informed about the latest research developments in this field.
Professional Development: Dedicated to staff members of the Child Assessment and Education Center.
Training Courses: For teachers, psychological and social specialists, and parents.
Specialized Training: Provided in cooperation with the Public Authority for Minors Affairs and the Ministry of Education.
Special Lectures: Offered for schools and universities.
Public Lectures: Community awareness lectures.
Visiting Trainers: Collaboration with visiting specialists from within the State of Kuwait and from abroad to deliver specialized training and public lectures at the Center.
The Training Unit offers training courses for teachers in the core subjects (Arabic, English, and Mathematics) to prepare teaching staff in both the Morning and Evening Educational Programs before implementing remedial programs during individual instruction sessions with students who have Specific Learning Difficulties.

Offers introductory training courses on Specific Learning Difficulties.
Provides training aimed at developing the professional performance of individuals working in various fields related to learning difficulties, in cooperation with the Center’s units.
