The “Sada Educational Center” Project is a non-profit public-benefit initiative dedicated to supporting children with cochlear implants and their families. The project focuses on enhancing these children’s language skills and supporting their education within an educational environment that uses play and enjoyment as tools for learning. An auditory-rich environment has been created to promote listening and speaking skills, supported by a team of dedicated professionals committed to developing new expertise and knowledge, and to enriching the educational approach with elements of creativity and enjoyment in the learning process.
All efforts in this project are dedicated to ensuring that learning takes on a personalized and unique character for each student, allowing the transition into the world of hearing to be smooth and dynamic. The role of families in supporting children’s rehabilitation is highly valued, and every effort is made to build an effective partnership between professionals, children, and their loved ones. The Center collaborates with international experts in this field and adapts knowledge and practices to be culturally appropriate for its students.
The Sada Educational Center is the only specialized center for children with cochlear implants in Kuwait. It provides the highest-quality and most comprehensive services in the region, focusing on developing children’s skills and abilities and offering a low-noise learning environment.
The Sada Educational Center combines rehabilitative services with an educational setting, and offers three levels within the Sada Program:
From birth to three years of age.
From three to six years of age.
The outreach services program.
These programs offer a blend of therapy, educational experiences, and interaction with real-life situations.
